FunhaverGG Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FunhaverGG LLC ("FunhaverGG," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites, tournament registration systems, team management tools, match reporting, map veto tools, standings, leaderboards, admin tools, broadcasts, profile features, and related services.

By using FunhaverGG, registering a team, participating in a tournament, submitting roster information, uploading paying an entry fee, or interacting with our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Tournament Rules or Code of Conduct.

If you do not agree, do not use FunhaverGG.

1. Eligibility

FunhaverGG tournaments are not intended for children under 13.

You may not use FunhaverGG or participate in a FunhaverGG tournament if you are under 13 years old.

Players under 18 may participate only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By registering, participating, or submitting roster information, you confirm that:

2. Team Manager Responsibilities

FunhaverGG tournaments are usually registered by a team manager, captain, or representative.

If you register a team, you are responsible for:

By registering a team, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the team you register.

FunhaverGG may remove, modify, reject, or disqualify a registration if we believe roster information is inaccurate, unauthorized, misleading, incomplete, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms or the Tournament Rules.

3. Account and Registration Information

You agree that information submitted to FunhaverGG must be accurate and not misleading.

You may not:

FunhaverGG may request clarification, verification, or correction of registration information.

4. Public Tournament Information

You understand that tournament participation involves public competitive records.

FunhaverGG may publicly display:

This information may remain public after the tournament ends.

Email addresses, private contact information, and non-public admin information are not publicly displayed by default.

Twitter/X handles, Twitch links, Discord contact information, VLR links, and similar profile links are not publicly displayed by default unless separately permitted or chosen by the player or team.

5. Tournament Rules

Each tournament may have its own rules, format, schedule, eligibility requirements, roster rules, substitute rules, scoring system, prize structure, dispute process, code of conduct, or payment terms.

By registering or participating, you agree to follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Tournament Rules.

Tournament Rules include roster rules, substitute rules, match reporting rules, schedule requirements, eligibility requirements, scoring, disputes, admin decisions, and code of conduct.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and tournament-specific rules, FunhaverGG may resolve the conflict for tournament administration and competitive integrity.

FunhaverGG staff and tournament admins have authority to interpret rules, resolve disputes, correct errors, and make administrative decisions.

6. Substitute Rules

If a tournament allows registered substitutes, a team may be required to register a substitute before the applicable deadline.

Failing to register a substitute may cause a team to lose the right to use an emergency substitute.

Substitute eligibility, timing, approvals, and emergency substitute decisions are governed by the applicable Tournament Rules and FunhaverGG admin decisions.

7. Player Conduct

You agree not to engage in:

FunhaverGG may remove players, teams, managers, or users who violate these rules.

8. Admin Decisions and Enforcement

FunhaverGG may take action if we believe a user, player, team, or manager violated these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Tournament Rules, or fair competition.

Actions may include:

FunhaverGG may make decisions based on available evidence, admin review, reports, logs, match data, communications, payment records, platform records, or other relevant information.

Admin decisions are final unless FunhaverGG chooses to reopen or review the issue.

9. Match Results and Historical Records

FunhaverGG may retain and publish match results, scores, rosters, substitutes, standings, placements, leaderboards, map veto data, and other historical tournament records permanently.

These records are part of the competitive history of FunhaverGG events.

Even if personal contact information is deleted or anonymized, tournament records may remain visible.

10. Operational Messages and Optional Marketing Communications

Operational tournament messages are not marketing.

FunhaverGG may contact team managers, captains, or players about registration, scheduling, match operations, disputes, rule enforcement, prizes, roster issues, substitute issues, entry fees, credits, refunds, payment issues, or other tournament administration.

FunhaverGG may offer optional marketing or update emails.

Marketing emails are only sent to users who opt in.

A team manager's marketing opt-in applies only to that manager unless individual players separately opt in.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

11. Entry Fees, Credits, Waitlists, and Refunds

Some tournaments may include entry fees.

Entry fees are not refundable except where required by law or as stated in the applicable Tournament Rules.

If a paid team is waitlisted and does not get accepted into the tournament, FunhaverGG will refund the entry fee for that waitlisted entry.

If a team pays an entry fee but later cannot participate, FunhaverGG may issue a credit for a future tournament instead of a refund. Credits are not cash and may be subject to tournament-specific limits, deadlines, or availability.

If a player or team is disqualified, removed, banned, forfeited, or otherwise penalized for breaking these Terms, Tournament Rules, payment rules, or conduct rules, FunhaverGG will not provide a refund or future tournament credit.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or payment abuse may result in registration cancellation, disqualification, refusal of future registration, or other administrative action.

12. Prizes, Payouts, and Taxes

Some tournaments may include prizes, merchandise, or other rewards.

Prize eligibility, payment timing, payment method, substitutions, and disqualification rules may be described in the Tournament Rules for a specific event.

Winners may need to provide payment, identity, eligibility, or tax information before receiving a prize. FunhaverGG may issue tax forms where required.

FunhaverGG may withhold, delay, modify, or deny prizes if:

Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to prizes unless otherwise stated.

If a prize-winning player is under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), FunhaverGG requires a parent or legal guardian to sign any required prize acceptance documents, liability waivers, and tax forms (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) on the minor's behalf. FunhaverGG reserves the right to issue the prize payment directly to the parent or legal guardian. Failure to provide required parental documentation within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

13. Platform Availability and Changes

FunhaverGG may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or tournament systems at any time.

We may also reschedule, modify, pause, cancel, or restructure tournaments due to technical issues, low registration, staffing, competitive integrity concerns, platform outages, game outages, rule issues, emergencies, or other reasons.

We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, errors, delays, bracket issues, third-party outages, internet issues, game server issues, Discord issues, Riot-related issues, payment provider issues, or other technical problems outside our reasonable control.

14. Third-Party Services and Coverage Partners

FunhaverGG may rely on or interact with third-party services such as Riot Games, Discord, VLR, Battlefy, Square, payment providers, social platforms, hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, broadcast platforms, or other infrastructure and coverage tools.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

FunhaverGG is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, bans, account issues, APIs, policies, decisions, or data practices.

FunhaverGG may provide public tournament information, such as schedules, rosters, match results, scores, standings, and map veto data, to coverage partners or statistics sites so they can operate coverage, statistics, or tournament pages. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

FunhaverGG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Riot Games unless specifically stated.

15. Intellectual Property

FunhaverGG owns or controls the FunhaverGG name, branding, website content, tournament materials, graphics, platform code, and other original content created by FunhaverGG, except where owned by others.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse FunhaverGG systems, branding, or content without permission.

Players and teams retain rights to their own names, logos, handles, but grant FunhaverGG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted tournament-related information and media for tournament operations, registration, promotion, standings, broadcasts, recaps, archival records, partner coverage, and related community content.

You are responsible for making sure any team name, logo, profile picture, media, or other submitted content does not violate another person's rights.

16. Content, Broadcasts, and Media

By participating in a FunhaverGG tournament, you understand that matches, team names, player Riot IDs, gameplay, voice/text communications submitted to admins, clips, screenshots, standings, map vetoes, and tournament results may be used in tournament coverage, recaps, broadcasts, social posts, highlight content, statistics pages, or historical records.

FunhaverGG may use this content to operate, promote, document, and archive tournaments.

Private contact information, such as email addresses, is not used for public promotional content by default.

17. Prohibited Technical Activity

You may not:

FunhaverGG may block, rate limit, suspend, or ban users who violate this section.

18. Privacy

Use of FunhaverGG is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, what may be displayed publicly, how long we keep information, and how users can contact us about privacy requests.

19. No Warranty

FunhaverGG is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the platform, tournaments, brackets, schedules, leaderboards, standings, APIs, map veto tools, payment flows, or related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunhaverGG disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunhaverGG LLC, its owners, staff, admins, contractors, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes damages related to tournament delays, disqualifications, lost prizes, lost credits, platform downtime, data loss, third-party outages, game issues, account issues, payment provider issues, user conduct, or administrative decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunhaverGG's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid directly to FunhaverGG for the specific tournament or service giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FunhaverGG LLC, its owners, staff, admins, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

22. Termination

FunhaverGG may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or tournaments at any time if we believe a user, player, team, or manager violated these Terms, Tournament Rules, payment rules, or the integrity of the community.

You may stop using FunhaverGG at any time.

Certain sections of these Terms will continue after termination, including sections related to public tournament records, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, admin decisions, payments, prizes, and dispute handling.

23. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you and FunhaverGG agree to try to resolve the dispute informally.

To start informal dispute resolution, send a written notice describing the dispute, the relief requested, and your contact information to [email protected].

FunhaverGG may send dispute notices to the email address associated with your registration or account.

The parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days before starting arbitration or court proceedings, unless immediate action is needed for intellectual property, account security, fraud, payment abuse, harassment, or tournament integrity.

24. Arbitration Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, FunhaverGG, tournament participation, entry fees, credits, prizes, or use of the platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration instead of court.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules or other applicable rules, unless the parties agree to a different arbitration provider.

The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator. The arbitration may take place by video, phone, written submissions, or in Texas, as determined by the arbitrator or agreed by the parties.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

You and FunhaverGG waive the right to a jury trial.

You and FunhaverGG agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring or participate in a class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated arbitration, except where this waiver is not permitted by law.

Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Either party may seek temporary or preliminary relief in court for intellectual property, account security, fraud, payment abuse, harassment, or tournament integrity while arbitration is pending.

25. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Changes to These Terms

FunhaverGG may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version and changing the effective date.

If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the updated Terms, or provide notice through the platform or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of FunhaverGG after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
